New Year's Eve'07 Dessert 3

This was what I made, no idea what to call it. Minty-mashy honeydew (greenish stuff), below was mango sorbet with chunky cubes of mango. Garnished with strawberry, peach and grassy thing was panda leaf.

This was a light dessert...some may probably find the honeydew with mint to have that acquire taste.
